The 67m/219'10" expedition yacht 'Calex' is an excellent new superyacht for the luxury charter market. Delivered by the Italian shipyard Benetti and featuring interior styling by Italian designer Benetti this award winning yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 7 cabins.
Explorer yacht Calex is the ultimate vessel for exploring far-flung corners of the globe, and whether you're traversing the tropics or the poles, you'll be in capable hands. With a wealth of spectacular onboard social and dining options coupled with charter-rich amenities and a highly-attentive crew, you'll be in seventh heaven on a luxury charter aboard this phenomenal yacht. Her features include wheelchair accessibility, spa, elevator, beach club and gym.
Built in 2022, Calex offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 7 suites. The master suite incorporates its own study and dressing room as well as a his and her bathroom. She is also capable of carrying up to 17 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.
On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, notably a dedicated library, where you can unwind in seclusion. Calex is home to a beauty salon, where guests can enjoy a number of beauty treatments or elsewhere, the steam room is great for your skin and a perfect place to unwind. For the ultimate relaxation experience, the yacht plays host to a luxury spa plus make your day truly exceptional at the beach club. A gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out.
Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably wheelchair-friendly access, making this vessel suitable for all guests. Guests of all ages and physical abilities can enjoy any part of the yacht thanks to the elevator or elsewhere, with Wi-Fi connectivity you don't have to lose contact with the outside world, unless you want to. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.
Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 4,400 nautical miles from her 127,000 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed.
Onboard Calex has a range of toys and accessories to keep you and your guests entertained on the water throughout your stay. Guests can feel the wind in their hair and jump the waves on one of the two Yamaha FX SVHO WaveRunners. In addition there is a Connelly waterski that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Additionally, there are two F5 SEABOBs, that allow you to skim along the surface or steer under the crystal water and experience life swimming with the fish. If that isn't enough Calex also features wakeboards, kayaks, paddleboards and surfboards. When it comes to Tenders, Calex has you covered - with three tenders, including a 8m/26'3" Scorpion Tender.
Calex and her crew are available for charter this summer for cruising within the Mediterranean. She is already accepting bookings this winter for cruising in the Caribbean.
